Saute: 1 lb. chicken, 1 medium diced onion, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, 1 TBS. vegetable oil.
Add: 2 cans great northern white beans, 1 can chicken broth, 2 cans chopped green chilis, 1 tsp. salt.
Simmer 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Near end add 1 tsp. cumin, 1 tsp. oregano, 1/2 tsp. pepper.
Just before serving add 1 c. sour cream, 1/2 c. whipping cream.
